A man has just been arrested on Route 88 near after what may be an attempted abduction. Police received calls about a black male who grabbed a woman by her hair and put her into his vehicle on Monmouth Avenue. Multiple police units closed in on the man on Route 88 near Park Avenue, where he was subsequently taken into custody.
