In this video, UN Watch's Hillel Neuer rips the UN's 'High Commissioner' of Human Rights in a session of the 'Human Rights Council' in Geneva earlier this month. His complaint is that the organizers of the Durban II conference of next month are blaming its victims for the bad media it has gotten, rather than blaming the anti-Semitic perpetrators.
